+7 Mile Training Walk before next weekend's Half Marathon! GO TEAM!

With one week to go before my half marathon! benefiting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, I did a +7 mile training walk going back and forth four times between my Koenji station and the next station Asagaya under the train tracks for shade in 90 degree temperatures. Training Walk (Ginza -> Nihombashi -> Kanda)

After seeing two friends who have been supportive of my half marathon, I did a training walk in the heat from Ginza to Nihonbashi to Kanda. Enjoy photos of Ginza and Nihonbashi! GO TEAM!

Training Walk (University of Tokyo Hongo campus -> Suidobashi -> Iidabashi-> Ichigaya)

After finishing teaching an earlier than usual class at the University of Tokyo, I walked around Hongo campus and then walked to Suidobashi where the The Tokyo Dome is located and then Iidabashi and finally Iichigaya where I was an exchange student over 30 years ago! Enjoy the photos!
